Using Bayaban

Bayaban helps registered users organise clubs and drives. You are responsible for the information you provide and for using the service lawfully and respectfully.

Clubs and drives

Club and drive organisers may publish additional rules. Participants must read and accept the applicable club and drive terms before joining. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

Account responsibility

Keep your sign-in details secure. You may delete your account from the app. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date shown at acceptance identify the terms you agreed to.

Information we use

Bayaban uses account, profile, club, drive, attendance, and safety information needed to provide the service. Location is used only for drive features when you grant permission.

Sharing

Information is shown according to your profile, club, drive, and privacy settings. Private information is not shown to people who are not authorised to see it.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account in the app. The account is disabled and personal information is removed or anonymised. Limited records may remain where needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or historical reporting.
